- DIFFICULTY IN MANAGING THE EATING HABITS AND THE TIMINGS:
Where you might be used to having dinner at around 7:30 p.m, you’ll find it really surprising that no restaurants offer dinner before 9:00 p.m.
Italians have a short eating timetable and so you need to get adapted to their time otherwise you might end up having an empty stomach all the time which will affect your health.
